Maybe, all of you thought Fish Market doesn't have a good architecture. So, why you choose the hunting at this place ?? Allow me to explain it..

I was on a short conversation with my friend when I show him the result of my hunting..
Him: "what is the architecture of this photo ? It just a fishmonger prepared fish for sale, right ?"
Me : "Let me know you.. Photography is about telling story.. Architecture is not only about building, but also about the social, the compositions, or about the colors. So that, we learned photography architecture by all of the elemens of buildings."

So, now, I wanna tell you about my story at Fish Market in Lampulo..

That day was pretty sunny. Me and photography class members gathered at Banda Aceh's most unusual landmark, specifically at Ship in the house..

Lampulo Fish Market is the largest fish market in Banda Aceh. This place is a former oldest port that has existed since the time of the kingdom of Aceh. Because it was very close to the sea, when the tsunami hit Banda Aceh, Lampulo was the most affected areas in the year 2004.

After received direction from Mr. Oji, we walked into the fish market. The fish market location is not so far from where we gathered, so we could get there by walking. When we walked toward the Fish Market, we found a tsunami alarm. This alarm function to warn of the danger of a tsunami after a big earthquake..

Not as busy as usual, the market looks deserted. I don't know whether we were coming too fast or it was a slow day. Actually, I often went here to accompany my mama. Therefore, I can not say if the day was busy.

I thought it might soon be busy. I only saw 2 ships over there. The sellers also waited for the buyers. But, after waiting a while, the fish market began to busy. There is a ship came with the fish catches. So, the fisherman unload the ship and auctioned for between one-hundred to two-hundred thousand rupiah per-basket by the type of fish. These fish can be sold for a regular buyer, and also could be sold to resellers.

This fish market seen already abused. The sellers selling the fishes on the sidewalk outside the building. Whereas the fish market building was large enough to serve as a place to sell. On the street, there is also a warning not to sell in the area, but they still sell in there. If they sell in the building, surely the fish market will look cleaner, and also not muddy.. Then, buyers will feel comfortable to go there.
